The Presidential Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress Party, Dr Johnson Edosomwan, has called on Nigerians to remain calm and patriotic in the face of suffering in the land, that better days are coming.
Speaking through his media director Otunba Niyi Babade, Edosomwan said that, "the times that we in presently, calls for sober reflections, but the good thing is that, there's hope in the future
as the election draws nearer."
Edosomwan said that the hope starts in the voting into power the NDCP, which he said will put in a place a corrupt-free government in the country, come election 2019.
"This is the time and this is the year that we Nigerians must liberate ourselves from the shackles of oppression from our past politicians who have put the country under their armpits through corruption. They have come around again trying to buy your votes and after which they will spend the next four years looting the treasury. This is the time for you and I to vote them out of power. NDCP will change the country and bring in the needed development to change the fortunes of this country. I wish you a happy New year and pray that you effect this needed change by in to power NDCP this year."
