The speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Barr. Onofiok Luke has emerge the PDP candidate for Etinan/Nsit Ibom/Nsit Ubium Federal Constituency for the 2019 general elections.

The Speaker emerged winner after defeating the incumbent Rt. Hon. Sam Ikon is a fairly and peaceful contest.
