Movement in Oyo state has been announced restricted today throughout the 33 local governments, in order to allow for a smooth council election to take place.
Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun, the Secretary to the State Government, made this known via a statement yesterday.
She however urge all registered voters in the state, to freely participate in the election and remain law abiding throughout the exercise period.
The restriction of persons and goods is between 6am and 3pm.
