Mowarin who is the current President of the Independent

A respected gentleman, Mowarin bears the title: The Ame 1 of Agbarho kingdom, a traditional honour he bagged in his home town in Delta state from his Royal Majesty, Samson Owherijesu Ogugu, Owherijesu 1, The Osuivie of Agbarho Kingdom in Delta State.
