An ace Broadcaster of the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA International fame and a notable On Air Personality, Eugenia Abu, has disclosed that it is a delight to fly with Ibomair with its top notch service delivery.
The retired screen "goddess", and then TV rave aired her views while on an evening time out with some journalists in the state, as part of her official engagements in Akwa Ibom, while on invitation by the State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, for a paper presentation at the opening of the ongoing 2020 Annual Press week.
Eugenia Abu, who said she was very proud of Akwa Ibom as the only State to own and effectively run its airline in this region, commended Governor Udom Emmanuel for setting up the Ibomair and also for the numerous infrastructure she has seen in the State.
While reiterated that, Akwa Ibom people are known for strong will to deliver on whatever, they set out to do, she emphasized that, she has had close working relationship with the people of Akwa Ibom enough to attest to their determination, perseverance and commitment to whatever they want to achieve.
"I have been around with many people from Akwa Ibom and can attest to it that, when they mean to do something, they will surely do".
"Akwa Ibom, is clinching top positions at the National arena. You have NAWOJ and you have the NBA. Both associations have Akwa Ibom people occupying the position of National Secretary", she said.
Present at the occasion were: the Director of Public Relations in the Ministry of Information and Strategy, Mrs. Grace Akpan, the Vice Chairman of the State NUJ, Mrs. Nene Afia, On Air Personalities of NTA 12 Uyo, Nsikak Okon and On Air Personalities of AKBC, Eunice Egharavba and Blessing Isonguyo.
