Zamfara State Governor's leadership organization popularly known as Maradun Leadership Forum is already producing men of integrity, who are also full of compassion for the needy and the less privileged.
The leadership forum has this started to fulfill the objective for which it was set up for by Gov Bello Matawalle as it has produced set up philanthropist, among them, Alhaji Abubakar Ja'afar the Permanent Secretary OEG (Walin Maradun), a God-sent to humanity.
Alhaji Abubakar Ja'afar who is the permanent secretary to the office of the executive Governor zamfara state, is known for sponsorship of students to study science oriented courses in any public university in Nigeria.
A welcome development considering the need of the state for human development. With his Wali Foundation, Alhaji Abubakar Ja'afar has been reaching out to women encourage women, encouraging them to return to school and others to embrace skills and trading.
Also known for his large heart, Alhaji Abubakar Ja'afar has not limited his benevolence to only Maradun but has extended it through out the 14 local government areas in the state. Asked why he was into philanthropy in the state, Alhaji Abubakar Ja'afar replied "the whole idear is to compliment the vision and mission of his excellency Governor Bello Matawalle, to ensure an equal distribution of the state's cake among the people of the state. The governor won't do it alone, we have to join him to do it."
Ja'afar's Wali For also distributes buildings materials to the masses to aid in completing their ongoing building projects. The Foundation also does monthly distributions of phone airtime and data to a huge number of beneficiaries.
Wali Foundation also pays hospital bills on a monthly basis for patients in different hospitals in Zamfara state.
