Gambari's Appointment: African Centre for Strategic Studies, Nigeria, hails Buhari

The African Centre for Strategic Studies Nigeria Alumni Chapter, has hailed the appointment of Prof Ibrahim Agboola Gambari by President Mohammadu Buhari as most appropriate at this time in the nation's history.

In a congratulatory message to Prof Ibrahim Agboola Gambari on his appointment as Chief of Staff to the President, the African Centre for Strategic Studies Nigeria Alumni Chapter through it's President,
Navy Commodore Abimbola Ayuba (Rtd) wished him another round of meritorious service, which has been his hallmark wherever he has worked.

The Centre also noted that Prof. Ibrahim Agboola Gambari, remains listed as a Distinguished Alumni of the Institute.

The Africa Centre for Strategic Studies Nigeria Alumni Chapter, is an affiliate of the US Defence University in Washington DC.

Some of the aims of the centre, is to promote the noble ideals of National Security, Sustainable Development and Rule of Law through research, consultations and learning from across the globe including ACSS, DC. It also aims to promote knowledge sharing, unity, passionate loyalty to the nation and cooperation among the Alumni; to strengthen the link between the Alumni and the ACSS Chapters in Africa, and to interact with other organisations or associations with similar aims and objectives.
