Abuja suicide pastor is not our member! So says the leadership of the Redeemed Christian Church of God worldwide.
Mr. Michael Arowosaiye a pastor who was reported to have committed suicide in Abuja earlier in the week, is certainly on his own even in death!
A statement disassociating the church from the suicide pastor, hit press houses today signed by Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi, Head, Media & Public Relations, RCCG.
Mr. Michael Arowosaiye is said to have committed suicide in Abuja on Tuesday May 14, 2019, and the press reportedly identified him as a pastor of RCCG.
Mr. Michael Arowosaiye took his own life after going into depression.
The church's statement reads: "The said Mr. Michael Arowosaiye was not a minister in the RCCG. He was a singer and a keyboardist in one of our Youth Parishes in Abuja until 2017 when he left for another ministry."
