The workers of National Troup defied heavy rains in Lagos this morning to protest the dacronian regime of its Executive director, Mr Tar ukor.
The workers accused their boss of absenteeism and neglecting the welfare the workers and also intimidating those who draw his attention to the failure in the system.
One placard on display by workers described ukor as revolutionary without any known achievement since he was appointed to rescue the national dance Troupe from collapse.
Source close the workers described Tar ukor administration as the worst since the agency came to being. The protests may likely continue as workers are said to be fed up with ukor who hardly comes to office and known to boast that no one can remove him,not even the president.
It could recalled that the Tar ukor was moved from National Theatre to National Troupe on account of confrontation with former Minister of Culture, Lai Mohammed and also over unending face off with the labour union of the National edifice.
