The highest gratification you can ever get as an entrepreneur is the satisfaction you derive from the problems you solve and the value you give to others through your innovative products and quality services.
As an entrepreneur, your job is to create solution(s) to the needs of people in your environment and in fulfillment of those needs, you get value in return. The value you receive in exchange for the value you give as an entrepreneur is what creates wealth for you
How does an entrepreneur create value? If you want to create value you must know what people need in order to create the solution(s). People gravitate towards people who can find a solution to what gives them worries and when you have products and services that can relieve people of their problems, you become their solution provider and solution providers always multiply the values that they give and get.
Value creation has a lot to do with recognizing and identifying areas of deficiency in the ways people live, however, value creation goes far beyond identifying an area of deficiency to also include looking for ways to improve the conditions by which people live their lives and also get things done. For example, there was nothing wrong with the use of animal (horses and camels) as a mode of transportation until someone thought that man could travel faster and better and created something better to achieve that aim which is the invention of cars.
As an entrepreneur with a vision to build a business, creating and adding value should be amongst the pivotal focus of business for it is a genuine and sure way to maintain and sustain the business that is being built.
