President Donald Trump of the United States, is set to deport thousands of aliens in the next two months , going by the way he has tampered with laws that will allow him to do so.
The new law which mostly targets foreigners who are presently receiving benefits or handouts since a year ago, will take effect October 15, 2019, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and will make it impossible for foreigners in the U.S to be accommodated once it is proved that they are not able to support themselves without aid from government and organizations.
Moreover, any foreigner who cannot sustain himself or herself will not be allowed in the US any longer.
Foreigners will also be required to submit themselves to a bond of $8,100 depending on individual circumstance. “This final rule amends DHS regulations by prescribing how DHS will determine whether an alien is inadmissible to the United States based on his or her likelihood of becoming a public charge at any time in the future, as set forth in the Immigration and Nationality Act”, the DHS said.
“The rule also makes nonimmigrant aliens who have received certain public benefits above a specific threshold generally ineligible for extension of stay and change of status,” the DHS said.
