AFRICA’S FIRST FAMOUS FEMALE DRIUMMER ‘ARA’ VISITS LAMATA ON WORLD DRUMMER’S DAY

…ADVOCATES PRIORITY FOR THE DISABLE, OTHERS

It was a moment of grand excitement when Africa’s first famous female drummer paid a courtesy call to the Head Office of Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) to celebrate the World Drummers Day by its Managing Director Engineer Abiodun Dabiri, rolled out the red carpet to welcome the famous visitor.

ARA who returned from a trip from Asia not too long ago, seized the opportunity of the visit, to advocate for priority for the disable, elderly, pregnant women with babies at various BRT bus stops and buses.

Speaking much later to Paul Ukpabio’s Blog, ARA, the Queen of drums said that was impressed by the professionalism and integrity on display by the Managing Director and staff of LAMATA during her visit to the organization.
