ANOTHER 143 NIGERIANS RETURN FROM LIBYA TO NIGERIA


It was late night work again for the staff of National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons as another batch of 143 Nigerians distressed in Libya, arrived the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.

This time around, there were 89 women, 36 men and 18 children, inside the chartered flight from Libya.


The reception exercise, which was coordinated by the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, and Facilitated by IOM under the EU/IOM Return and Reintegration initiative.

The returnees were successfully received and profiled.

Also on ground were officers from NAPTIP and other partners agencies.
