Your Excellency the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Deacon Udom Emmanuel; as we celebrate 19 years of uninterrupted and unbroken celebration of Democracy in Nigeria, It is conspicuous to acknowledge that you are the ideal agent of positive change.

The spread of rapid development and industrial impactions witness under your leadership as Governor of Akwa Ibom State has become the trademark of your administration.
I wish to join my colleagues in the sixth assembly to commend and urge the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari GCON, to provide Nigerians the required standard of true democratic dividends.
