GROUP COMMENDS EKWUNIFE FOR CONDUCTING PEACEFUL CONGRESS IN LAGOS APC



Lagos state Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard has commended Chairman of Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) Election Organizing Committee, Senator Uche Ekwunife, for conducting a peaceful, free and fair Congress.

Speaking at the well-attended congress of the party held at the party’s secretariat on Acme Road, Ikeja, the National Co-ordinator of the group, Mr Seyi Bamigbade commended the flawless political transition and the peaceful conduct of members of the party during the congress, saying that such political adulthood was infrequent in the nation.

Bamigbade said Lagos State has been having flat conversion in governance; it is also having horizontal evolution in the political party which is infrequent anywhere in the states. He thanked the members the All Progress Congress, Lagos State from Wards level, Local Governments level to the State Level for their loyalty to the Party.

He also congratulated the new State Executive, headed by Hon. Tunde Balogun, urging them to continue to perform their lead role which distinguishes them for the position to lead the party affairs for the next four years.  

Also while speaking at the Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard, Ikorodu Division Public Enlightenment on PVC collecting and endorsement of Mr Akinwunmi Ambode Continuity in office beyond 2019, Alhaji Babatunde Rotinwa, Chairman Local Government Service Commission  and Apex Leader of Group, said the performance of the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode merit to give him the targeted 5million Votes in the coming election.

Seyi Bamigbade also commended Senator Musiliu Obanikoro for the recent role he played at the Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard, Ndi Igbo United Forum, in Oshodi Lagos, where he Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, said, “I am ready to join Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard to mobilize the targeted 5 million for the governor because of all his administrative visible projects all over the state.”
