The RoofTop Lounge on Karimu Kotun,
Victoria Island saw a gathering of tech enthusiasts for the West Africa Mobile
Awards, 2017 which held on 18th May, 2017.
Though slated to begin at 6:00pm, the
event didn’t start till about 9:00pm.
The two-hour delay had the tech savvy guests networking and selling their
business to potential clients amidst finger foods and drinks.
The award-gala party which was hosted by Williams Uzoma kicked off without the unnecessary preambles associated with award ceremonies. A total
of 10 awards were given to deserving individuals and tech firms as the audience
erupted in cheers of congratulatory messages and back thumping.

mobile and tech companies.
The WAMAS was supported by BBM, Mobile West Africa (MWA),
AppsAfrica.com, MEF, Wimbart PR, Dress Me Outlet, Connect Nigeria and others.
