30 SENIOR ADVOCATES OF NIGERIA, CAPTAINS OF INDUSTRY SERENADE ODUBELA AND ODEJAYI AT DEC 22ND WEDDING IN LAGOS

If Mr. John Olusegun Odubela was not a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, perhaps thirty Senior Advocates of Nigeria, would not have graced his daughter's wedding like they did on December 22nd at International Church of Christ, Victoria Island, Lagos, where the exchange of vows took place.

If Chief Mrs Olubimpe Odubela was not a top fashion designer with high class clients, the high society ladies would not have graced the said wedding with their husbands.

If Pastor and Pastor Mrs Odejayi were not humble, prosperous and good people, the people of God that graced their son's wedding would not have been there to see the couple exchange rings.

And if the couple Oluwatosin and Ibukunoluwa were not people of good character, His Royal Majesty Oba-Olufemi Ogunleye the Towulade of Akinale in Ogun state a 74 year old man, a Barrister who was their classmate at the Law School, would not have been at the wedding event, to see them sign the marriage register and rejoice with the couple and the entire family.

So with good family and good friends, the worthy couple Oluwatosin Odubela got wedded to Ibukunoluwa Odejayi at the International Church of Christ, Victoria Island, Lagos, where the officiating ministers, aunties and uncles, had good words for the newly wedded after the presentation of the new wedded couple to the congregation.

After the solemnization at the church, the wedding party moved to Queens Park Event Center, Victoria Island, in a convoy. The couple however, first made a stop over, at the prestigious Eko Hotel for a pre-arranged photo-shoot.

The wedding reception was dominated by members of the learned profession which was understandable as the young wedded couple are equally young barristers. Senior Advocates of Nigeria, saturated most of the tables at the wedding reception.

Comrade Philip Shaibu- (Edo State Deputy Governor)

At the glassy high table, was Mrs. Rickey Tarfa, wife of the learned SAN (Mr Rickey Tarfa): there was also Usen Udoh, who represented Africa's Richest Man Alhaji Aliko Dangote; the Deputy Governor of Edo State Comrade Philip Shaibu and the Chief Of Staff for Edo State Mr Taiwo Akerele.

Other dignitaries at the event included: Chief Ladi Williams SAN, Professor Taiwo Osipitan SAN, Mr Babajide Koku SAN, Chief Emeka Ngige SAN, Mr Ken Anya SAN, Mr Yode Delano SAN, Mr Yele Delano SAN, Dr Wale Olawoyin SAN, Mr Olusina Sofola SAN,

Prince Segun Ajibola SAN, Chief Folu Oguntade SAN, Mr Dele Belgore SAN, Mr Olumide Fusika SAN, Bamofin Abiodun Owonikoko SAN, Dr Obi SAN, Mr Ade Adedeji SAN, Mr Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, Mr Kemi Balogun SAN and Mr Toyin Pinheiro SAN.

There was also Oba Olufemi Ogunleye the Towulade of Akinale in Ogun state, Hon. Ayinde Balogun, Joel Oluwagbemiro, Aremo Adeniyi Oyedele, Otunba Owopele Shonowo and wife Erelu Toyin Shonowo, Dr. & Dr. Mrs Bob Soile, Dr. John and Dr. Mary Shotunde, Mr Tokunbo Modupe  and a host of others.

The new couple Mr & Mrs Michael Ibukunoluwa Odejayi had great fun at their wedding reception.

When the couple took to the floor for their first dance, a lot was revealed about the background of the new husband and wife. It was obvious that the couple hail from good backgrounds where home values dictated their choice of music and dance.

There was Father and daughter dance, and Mother and son dance. And a toast to the bride and groom.

Who got the tossed bouquet? Oluwatosin ensured it got to one of her friends, who hopefully will call everyone together soon for her wedding celebration.

There was a ballet dance to entertain guests and games for the new wedded couple, while the cutting off the cake, took the spotlight.

Sen. Ben Murray-Bruce, Mr. John Odubela (SAN) & Senator Buruji Kashamu
When it was all done, Queen Ayo Balogun took over proceedings with her band, entertaining guests into the evening.

The guests had many food choices which range from Nigerian menu to Oriental and Continental.

To compliment all other multimedia coverage of the wedding event, a drone was also employed. There was also the mounting of the 360 Camera, the new fad at social events that adds to the beauty of the coverage.
