HAKEEM BALOGUN LEADS LAGOS CIVIL SERVANTS TO DECLARE SUPPORT FOR AMBODE

October 1st, Nigerian’s Independence Day celebration turned very political today in Lagos, when instead of the much cherished march past and hanging around stadiums where march past are held, politicians took time out to do last minutes lobbying for support for their candidates in the much expected primaries in Lagos.
A twist took place in Maryland where large numbers of APC members defied the morning rain and gathered under the leadership of Hakeem Balogun who spoke on behalf of the teeming crowd as the leaders of Civil Servants in Lagos State, Alausa.

Hakeem Balogun who said he is a Director at Ministry of Information and Strategy in Alausa, said “this teeming crowd that you see here today are all for Governor Ambode's re-election in 2019. We are sure of winning the primaries and we are ready for it.”

Before he could say more, the teeming crowd started songs and solidarity speeches that rented the air even as the rain continued to drizzle.
